1. The student must register for graduation at the Academic Subdivision by filling in a Grade Sheet according to the set schedule.
  2. The total number of credits must be a minimum of 144 and a maximum of 160.
  3. The Grade Point Average (GPA) must be at least 2.00.
  4. Grade D must not account for more than 20% of the total number of grades.
  5. There must be no grade E awarded.
  6. The score for the ELPT (English Language Proficiency Test) conducted by UNAIR Language Center must be >
  7. The student has passed the thesis examination and completed the community service assignment (KKN).
  8. The following documents must be attached to the graduation (judicium) registration application:
    1. Proof of payment of Education Operational Fee (SOP)/Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the preceding semester that has been completed;
    2. Student ID Card;
    3. Letter of Clearance from the Library of UNAIR and Special Collection of the Faculty of Law UNAIR;
    4. Proof of receipt of thesis manuscript from the Library of UNAIR and Special Collection of the Faculty of Law UNAIR;
    5. Acceptance Letter from a journal with ISSN;
    6. Photocopy of the Course Result Sheet (KHS) from the first to the last semester;
    7. Student Activity Transcript (TKK) or Achievement Credits (SKP);
    8. 5 (five) pieces of photograph size 3 cm by 4 cm of the student wearing an alma mater coat with a red backdrop.
  9. Graduation (judicium) Grade Sheet that has been completed must be signed by the academic adviser.
  10. The student must fill out and submit a graduate data form for the details to be entered on the diploma together with a photocopy of a senior high school certificate of graduation or a birth certificate.
  11. The thesis score must be submitted at the latest before the scheduled date of the graduation (judicium).
